1. Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account on pajok, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years old. This platform is intended for users aged 21 and above only.
• Each person may open only one account. Attempting to open multiple accounts may result in all accounts being suspended.
• All information provided during account registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential.
• Creating an account on behalf of another person or using someone else's information is strictly prohibited.

pajok may request documents for identity verification when necessary. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

2. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

pajok currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Bank Transfer (including major banks such as BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank).

• The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳100.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes after a successful request.
• Withdrawals from unverified accounts may be delayed.
• The account used for deposits and the account used for withdrawals must be the same — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• pajok may request additional information to review any transaction.

3. Welcome Bonus & Promotional Offers

pajok offers new players a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.

Example Calculation:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,500 → Total Balance ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳28,000 → Bonus ৳20,000 (maximum limit) → Total Balance ৳48,000

The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus. For example: a ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 in bets must be placed before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement has been completed after claiming the bonus.
• A new bonus may not apply while another bonus offer is still active.
• pajok reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Unused bonuses may be forfeited if an account is closed.
• Abuse of promotional benefits (such as multiple accounts, coordinated betting, etc.) is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

4. VIP Program & Cashback

pajok's VIP program has four tiers. Each tier offers weekly cashback and other benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

You can move up to a higher tier through regular play. Cashback for each tier is generally credited to your account at the start of every week. The specific cashback amount and conditions are at pajok's discretion and are subject to change.

5. Fair Use & Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited in order to maintain a fair environment on the pajok platform:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Providing false information or using another person's identity.
• Using software bots, scripts, or automated methods to play games.
• Exploiting any technical error or bug in the system for an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Placing bets through fraudulent coordination with other players.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security measures.

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, pajok may immediately suspend or close the account and forfeit the balance.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

• Information required for account registration and identity verification is collected.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

pajok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of the Terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• At the request of legal authorities on suspicion of money laundering.

Users may also request account closure at any time. If there is a valid balance at the time of closure (subject to wagering requirements being met), it will be withdrawable.

10. Limitation of Liability

The pajok platform is provided for entertainment purposes. pajok accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• Gameplay is interrupted due to an internet connection failure.
• Loss occurs due to third-party software or system failure.
• Account information is exposed due to the user's own negligence.
• Service is temporarily unavailable due to restrictions under applicable law.

If a technical error causes an incorrect amount to be displayed, pajok reserves the right to correct it and, where necessary, cancel the transaction.
